Job description:
Maintenance technician for an apartment community located in the Greater Jacksonville area. Primary duties will be preparing units for occupancy, completing work orders, rotating weekend call. Duties also include daily trash pick up around the community as part of a team effort. Own transportation, current auto insurance, EPA Card required and CPO certification preferred. Competitive pay. Work for the largest muti-family employer in Jacksonville - WRH Realty Services.
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
EPA Certified required and CPO certiifed a plus but not required. Must pass WRH mainenance test with a 75% minimum.
