Immediate opening-Maintenance Supervisor
Join our wonderful property management team! 264 Units in Sanford/Lake Mary, Florida
Our community is very stable, awesome team to work with and stays high in occupancy. Must be able to stay up with our fast pace property.
Supervision and participation in the make ready process for units and for all service request. Outstanding customer service a must. After hours-call services a must.
Responsible for parts inventory, bid solicitation, contractor negotiation and supervision. Working Supervisor position.
Great opportunity for dedicated, self starter.
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
*Excellent communication and an obvious commitment to your profession
*5 years property maintenance
*HVAC certified,EPA
*CPO-pool
*OSHA requirements training
*Mold Training
*Team Player
*Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds
*Must be honest, courteous and possess outstanding customer service skills
Satisfying service request promptly(within 24 hours) and efficiently.
*Exercising control over maintenance expenditures including keeping an inventory of frequently used parts and replace.
*Must have a valad driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation.
*Drug test and back ground check required.
